Born out of the World Economic Forum, the Global Shapers Community is a network of inspiring young people working together to address local, regional, and global challenges. Our objectives are consistently delivered through three pillars – Interaction, Insight, and Impact.

Global Shapers Ludhiana hub is the first-ever hub of the Punjab region. Ludhiana is Punjab's largest city and is among the list of smart cities that will be developed by the Govt. of India. As a result of its dominance in the textile industry, it is often dubbed as the Manchester of India. Ludhiana hub, the first-ever hub of Punjab region is born out of the aspiration to make things happen while creating a powerful community of young visionaries, determined to maximize the potential of Ludhiana as a multicultural and thrilling city of Punjab laying emphasis on Quality education, Climate change, and SDGs 3,4,8 and 17.
